You would make a good cheerleader with all the stuff you can do, especially that roundoff to backflip. But anyways, is it harder for short people to do the backflips and the bench flips and everything? Because I'm really short, and I want to make sure it won't affect anything before I end up in the hospital(which will probably end up happening anyways, lol)

to correct Xylem. he rotates 1440 degrees. not spins 1440 times >.> but its still cool. and btw. Sweet vid!

I have always wondered how to do this, i love flipping on the trampoline , i get 1440 back flips :0, thanks
